To ensure all work is delivered on-time and within budget, a licensed, ADA-certified and credentialed contractor, with extensive rebuild experience, is selected from our network. Your HomeCare Connect Project Manager works with the contractor and the injured worker’s occupational therapist or nurse case manager to determine the scope of the project and explains — in real-time via a virtual walk-though — why the recommended modifications are appropriate and necessary. Weekly status reports and subsequent virtual walk-throughs at various stages of construction keep you apprised of the progress, alerting you to any unexpected obstacles. There are no surprises, no hidden delays — everything stays on schedule — so when the injured worker is ready to come home, their home is ready for them.
