A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT TO MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS

We’ve made home mods a lot easier to manage with our telehealth service, TeleConnect. Simply download the app (no additional hardware required) to your tablet, desktop, laptop or mobile to enable live, video conferencing among anyone and everyone involved in the project. Regardless of their locations, injured workers, clinicians, occupational therapists, nurses, contractors, and others can meet virtually to see the home and discuss issues in context, ask questions, and get answers. Real-time resolutions expedite decisions and accelerate project completion dates.

THE KNOW-HOW (PLUS THE WHY, WHEN, WHAT, AND WHERE TOO)

As the only national company in the workers’ compensation industry exclusively focused on the caliber and cost of home healthcare, DME and supplies, we are uniquely qualified to effectively and efficiently manage home modifications. Guided by years of industry experience, we proactively seek the best ways to improve functional outcomes, reduce risk, and help injured workers regain their independence — consistently delivering the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions possible.

COMMUNICATION. COORDINATION. COLLABORATION.

To ensure all work is delivered on-time and within budget, a licensed, ADA-certified and credentialed contractor, with extensive rebuild experience, is selected from our network. Your HomeCare Connect Project Manager works with the contractor and the injured worker’s occupational therapist or nurse case manager to determine the scope of the project and explains — in real-time via a virtual walk-though — why the recommended modifications are appropriate and necessary. Weekly status reports and subsequent virtual walk-throughs at various stages of construction keep you apprised of the progress, alerting you to any unexpected obstacles. There are no surprises, no hidden delays — everything stays on schedule — so when the injured worker is ready to come home, their home is ready for them.
