Introducing TextConnect — the fastest, easiest way to ensure patient satisfaction.

Well informed injured workers take a more proactive role in their own treatment, and express higher satisfaction with their care — especially when they feel like they are being heard.

Our free TextConnect service allows injured workers to rate encounters with our providers without the need of an external app.

Quality Counts.

Responses rank the 18,000-plus providers in our network. These satisfaction scores, combined with other factors, such as expertise, location, cost-effectiveness, and client-specific requirements help to select the best providers for all our referrals.

Texting as a Touch Point.

Texting is fast and convenient. That’s why we developed our own texting technology, integrating it into our self-built, HIPAA-compliant CareLink platform that drives home health management services in workers’ compensation.

Many injured workers, especially those with catastrophic injuries, aren’t always available or able to answer a call. Instead, our care coordinators text to check in with people and answer their questions. Texts alert injured workers to the timing of nursing visits, delivery of home health, durable medical equipment, and updates on home modifications and prosthetics.

We’re All About Connecting.

As our name conveys, HomeCare Connect is all about connecting with everyone involved in the claim – especially the injured workers. Our goal is to recognize issues and resolve them quickly. Texting allows care advocates to act with a sense of urgency and communicate frequently and clearly – in the manner injured workers prefer.
