National Account Manager

Department: Sales

Reports to: National VP Sales                  


  • Establish clearly defined objectives for each account to mitigate nationally related issues and continuity of service.
  • Working with Operations, establish baseline customer reports and delivery of monthly/quarterly/yearly results
  • Monthly/Quarterly or Yearly Stewardship meetings as needed
  • Reviewing monthly results by account with Local Sales to help increase penetration
  • Client Implementation:
    • New client implementation onboarding to include established protocol
    • Memorialize service delivery expectations with both Client and Operations (including client reporting criteria)
    • Coordinate client implementation, onsite/remotely as needed, coordinating education for both Regional sales, client and local referral sources
    • Develops and manages successful relationships with assigned group of accounts
  • Monthly report deep dive (working with Operations and Sales Management)
  • Assist with Conference scheduling and Sales support (working with Marketing)

Essential Duties

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and respect for customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Communicate effectively with Management on any and all outstanding concerns with HH and DME referrals i.e. staffing issues, follow up issues, cost related issues, and client related concerns.

Other Duties

Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or redesigned depending upon individual circumstances.

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training: College Graduate Preferred.

Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; knowledge of medical terminology; good interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate PC skills with emphasis on accuracy; good organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to multi-task as needed.

Experience: Work Comp Insurance experience preferred.

Job Location Within designated territory.
